Food
Our services are divided into three separate tiers: Premier, Grand, and Elemental. When using our services, you can rest assured that the quality of the food will always be held to the highest standard, because to us, taste and quality go hand in hand. We are fully capable of making provisions for food restrictions including, but not limited to: lactose intolerance, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan requirements.

Premier Tier is our full service, plated, sit-down catering. The Premier Tier is an excellent choice for: weddings, quincineras, or bar/bat-mitzvahs, as well as other formal events.

Grand Tier is our buffet-style or food station service and hors d’oeurves passing catering option. This less formal ensemble, appropriate for intimate gatherings, is often used for: luncheons, birthdays, holiday parties and similar events.

Elemental Tier involves basic delivery and set-up on site. This service works best for the most any event; ranging from corporate luncheons to socials, as well as some of the events mentioned above.
