About Savour This Moment
Savour This Moment is a Los Angeles based catering company that is focused on cultivating rustic dishes, using an assortment of locally grown, and seasonal ingredients to create food that is simple, yet big in taste. By meeting with local vendors at farmers markets and sampling a variety of produce offered, we carefully select the tastiest ingredients to go into our handcrafted menus.

No strangers to food, the owners, Marlene and Michael Bernstein, are a sister and brother team that have spent many summers on their grandparents’ farm. Those shared, cherished memories of living on the farm, while also enjoying time spent amongst family, remain with the pair and always will. It is the conjuring up of the image of natural landscapes, real tasting food, and genuine service that we can and will bring to our customers.

We are firmly committed to the idea of providing quality food that is colorful and poppin’ with flavor. We are proud that we do this while also adhering to ideas that help promote our fellow small business owners, by supporting these small farms; thereby creating a bond that helps stimulate our local economy. Savour This Moment aspires to create food that brings people together and amplifies their experiences.
